Our corporate governance structure aims to provide guidelines on the system by which the affairs of the company are to be directed and controlled by those charged with the responsibility. The framework is made of an internal system encompassing policies, processes and people which serves the needs of all our stakeholders.
Our Chaiman/CEO
Alhaji Ibrahim Sule: He is the Founder/Chairman/CEO and possesses over 30 years of experience on the production of yoghurt and juice for several years, he has undergone various researches on production of Yoghurt and Fura.
Our General Manager
IBRAHIM GAMBO MUH: He provides strategic support to the CEO and overseas the day-to-day operations of the firm. He has Advance Diploma in Public Administration from one of the recognized institutions, has 22 years of experience and he has worked as Managerin several companies which includes: Hamid el Malali Computers, Habib Block Enterprises and Tangaza Pure Water Nig. Our Chief Accountant
Afolabi Bayonle Gafari: He holds Diploma in Accountancy, B.Sc (Accountancy), also Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He has over 20 years of experience and has worked in several companies which inlcude: Nigeria Tobacco Company as Accounts Clerk, Solam Associates as Administrative Assistance, Zaria Business School as Internal Auditor and Shirash Petroleum as the Data Processing Officer.
Our Operations Manager
Ibrahim Gambo Muhammad: Holds a Diploma in Business Studies, HND in Marketing [all from Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna]; also a B.Sc in Accountancy from Nasarawa State University, Keffi. He has over 10 years experience in business. Has worked with Gamco Nigeria Limited Suleja, Niger State as Depot Representative and Gambo Mohammed Nigeria Limited, Suleja as General Manager
